Data and purposes
Review forms collect display name, email, review, rating, language and date. Contact forms collect name, email, message and date. These are used to respond, moderate reviews and publish reviews you consent to share. Email addresses are not published. The contact form also accepts an optional phone number. For contact and comment submissions, the IP address observed by the server is stored for security and abuse review and appears only in the admin panel and notifications to info@duldul.com.tr. Phone numbers and IP addresses are not published. Phone numbers are retained with messages for 180 days; form IP records for 30 days. No physical address is inferred from IP addresses.
Legal bases and collection
Data is collected electronically from your submissions. Contact handling and security rely on legitimate interests under KVKK Article 5/2-f, subject to your rights. Publishing a review with your display name relies on separate consent. Where GDPR applies, the corresponding bases are Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a).
Recipients and retention
Records are stored on a restricted server and notifications go to info@duldul.com.tr. Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver their services; competent authorities may receive it when legally required. Contact messages are kept for 180 days, unapproved reviews for 90 days and notification copies for 30 days. Approved reviews remain while publication serves its purpose or until removal is requested. Providers have their own log, mailbox and backup retention periods.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion, notification of recipients, objection to automated outcomes and compensation under KVKK Article 11. Where GDPR applies, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and complaints to a supervisory authority are also available. You can withdraw publication consent for the future. Limited identity verification may be required.
Security, statistics and external links
For statistics and system security, the server records IP address, site page visited, language, date/time, referring domain only and an estimated device/bot category. Details are restricted to authorized administrators and deleted after 30 days; daily/language totals are retained. An IP address does not necessarily represent one person. Form content, query parameters and full browser identifiers are not recorded in visit logs. Map and source links open third-party sites when clicked. Keyed IP hashes are retained briefly for abuse prevention.
International processing
This software sends no data to third-party analytics. The processing countries depend on your hosting and email providers. Before selecting overseas providers, the publisher must establish applicable transfer safeguards and update this notice with the relevant details.
Photos attached to reviews
Optional photographs are collected with your consent for moderation and publication alongside your review. You may attach up to 5 images. Files are re-encoded and embedded metadata, including EXIF/location data, is removed; the original is not stored permanently. Only an authorised administrator can view unapproved photos. After approval, anyone may see them with the review. Photos follow the review retention period and are deleted with their thumbnails when the review is deleted. Request removal or withdraw consent via info@duldul.com.tr. Copies previously taken by third parties are outside our control. Approved photos are published with your display name alongside your review and in the Photos gallery.
Videos
Video previews connect to YouTube or Google when loaded. Videos do not autoplay. The provider may process device and connection information. If playback is restricted, watch at the source.
Add a video (optional)
Add a YouTube or Google video sharing link, or leave blank. After moderator approval, the video appears with your review and display name on the Reviews and Videos pages.
